​My consulting practice focused on libraries, academic and public, but also the delivery of technology by education-based organizations.  My goal was to help individuals and organizations sort through options, explore creative ideas, develop plans, and succeed in the processes of change.  I thank all of my clients and former colleagues for your support and good cheer over the years.

My career included leadership roles in academic and public libraries, administrative experience in technology delivery in higher education, and many years of service in both information technology and library professional organizations.

Analysis and problem solving are two key areas of support that I provided.  My wide range of experience allowed me to bring new perspectives to many situations.  I offered short-term interim leadership, meeting facilitation, renovation, or strategic planning services.

Projects

 

 

My clients included a large, urban public library (where I served as interim Head Librarian), an educational not-for-profit organization, a library consortium, and a small special library. For each assignment, I provided expertise in moving projects and conversations forward to successful completion.
